On this super star wednesday...

Today we wrote to Josh our star student. We did our projecst for Australia,everybody studied something different.We studied for three weeks.For one hundred day our class has to bring one hundred of something that is little and you have to bring it in a plastic bag.In gym we had to make a gymnastics routine. Our class is doing a project and we have to bring in more than 100 newspapers/flyers rolled up and ducked taped.

We had a cookie and milk par-tay!!!! we have a class goal for Febuary.Were watching a movie for i love to read month.This week was a short week,SERIOUSLY.We Did Valintines art(inspired by Romero Britto).We had no star student. We started the tale of Despereaux. WE HAD LOTS OF FUUUN,SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On this Magnificent Monday.........

We did science experement number 2. we got a milk carton,string,rocks and plastic stirr sticks. We tied the string in holes on the milk carton, then we put the stirr sticks through the string, and then we put the rocks in the milk carton.Then we found out that the edge stirr stick held more rocks. it was amasingly fun!!! fun!!!fun!! We had a substatute after first recess untill lunch. Her name was Miss Woods. Before recess we had her for phys.Ed. So we had her 2 times today.

This week at school

Amy was our wonderful star student this week. She brought lots of good stuff every day. This week  we also  had snowmen art first we did a ruff copy with pencel then we took purple or blue construction paper. Then we got chalk pastels and started to draw our snow men then we blended it with our fingers.Then we used blue pastels to make a shadow it looked really really cool.We also drew a moon and made all the snowmen do sumthing interesting. This week in mad min. Caitlin got on the 60+ club but know one else did. In choir we wached a movie called the incredibels we only had time to see half of it thouh. In gym this week we played pack man and ringette  the girls played ringette and the boys played hockey it was a lot of fun. In computer we did Australia research and some people got to do google earth and then we got facts on what we were studeing.

On this very cold Tuesday we noticed....

In the morning after Carpet time we listened to more of the Ramona Quimby Age 8 then we did a charecter After indoor recess we did mad minutes and conditioning in mad minutes I got 55/60 and Anthony got 59/60. After mad minutes we checked our subtraction. We both had no corrections so we did a math problem about blocks then we had choice time we did word work then we did W.Y.F.O then we did read to someone. After lunch time we did some things with Australia. Then we went to music in Music we did some recorder tests on notes and some songs new ones and ones we already know. At recess we made Jets book marks and posters. At gym we played soccer the score was one one evan scored one and Dylan.p scored one. when we came back and did our agends

TWAS........This Week at School

Our class started mad minute with 60 math questions in two minutes. We also had artist in the school with Allison we all  made a water collage it was a lot of fun because every day we did something diffrent and creatve. On Monday we started our collage with thick paint.On Tuesday we used Indian ink to trace our drawings we made. On Wednesday we were to busy to go do art with Allison.We had a great week!

On this thrilling Thursday......

We had artist in the school with Allison. In artist in the school we did water clour paintings. First you put water where you want to paint. Just a glob. Then you put the paint on the water and it spreds.Just a dab of paint. We had phys.ed. We played ringette  and floor hockey. We made a subtraction problem with a partner.  Today we had mad minute. Most people are getting 60/60. Before the new year we were doing 50/50.We had to stay inside for recess. All three recesses because it was too cold to go outside. We made a Australia tittle page. It had a Kangaroo with a bag. We made shoes for our New Year's resolution. Some people finished. Today we read the book Ramona Qumiby, age 8 chapter 2. We wrote something that's inportant from that chapter.
